These terms apply to farooqmughal.net and to the services of FAROOQ MUGHAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED that link to them (the “services”). By using the website or the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

• Use them lawfully and only for their purpose.
• Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt our systems, get around security or access limits, or use our services to send spam or harmful code.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell our content or software, except as these terms or a licence allow.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection with us.

3. Our products and apps

Our products — Farooq Music, FarooqStars, Urdu Zaban, MyMandoob — and our apps may have their own terms. Where they do, those terms apply to that product, and these terms apply to everything else. Free apps are provided free of charge and as they are. Open-source software is provided under its own licence (for example Farooq BizManager on GitHub), which governs its use.

4. Work for clients

Websites, apps and other work that we do for clients are governed by a written quotation or agreement covering the scope, price, payment, delivery times, ownership and support. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to that work.

5. Company tools and sign-in

Our internal tools are only for people the company has authorised. Keep your account secure; we may remove access at any time. Activity in these tools is recorded as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The company name, the FM logo, our product names and the design and content of this website belong to FAROOQ MUGHAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED or its licensors. You may view our pages and share links to them, but you may not use our name or logo, or copy our content, without our written permission — except open-source code, which you may use under its licence.

Our website links to other websites and services — our products, our clients’ websites, app stores, GitHub, Google Maps, WhatsApp. They run under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. No warranties

We work hard to keep our website and services accurate, available and secure, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example loss of profits, data or business opportunities). Our total liability for any claim connected with the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may suspend or end access to the website or to a service if these terms are broken, or where needed to protect our users or our systems.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website or the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you; otherwise it will be decided by the courts of Pakistan that have jurisdiction over the company’s registered office. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be taken away by agreement.
