Farooq Remote terms of use

These terms apply to the Farooq Remote app, its connection servers and the account website remote.farooqmughal.net, made and run by FAROOQ MUGHAL (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Sargodha, Pakistan (SECP CUIN 0357349). By making an account or using the service you accept them. The privacy statement explains what we keep.

1. The service

Farooq Remote lets you see and control computers from another computer. The app and the account are free. The app is based on RustDesk, and its source code is public under the AGPL-3.0 licence.

2. Your account

  • Use your own, real e-mail address; one account is for one person or one business.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account and with the computers in your address book.
  • If you are under 18, use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Allowed use

  • Connect only to computers that are yours, or whose owner has clearly allowed it.
  • Never use Farooq Remote to trick or pressure people — for example fake «technical support» calls, fake bank or government calls, or asking strangers for access codes.
  • Never use it to spy on someone, to break into systems, to spread harmful software, to send spam, or for anything against the law.
  • Do not attack, overload or test the security of our servers, and do not resell the service.

4. What we may do

  • We may switch off or delete an account that breaks these terms, and block network addresses that misuse the service — without notice when that is needed to protect others.
  • We may limit how much the service is used, change it or end it. If we end it, we will say so on this website first whenever we can.

5. No guarantee

The service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, the company is not responsible for lost data, lost work or other damage caused by using it. Keep your own backups.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept the new version.
